I just re-booked my minivan rental for 9 days 9/19-9/28 with EZ Rental through Travelocity. Went from $305 to $249, including all taxes!

I saw the. Price drop too with EZ, $120 for Elantra 8.2 days. On the website no prepay it was $229 the following week for a minivan.

I'm totally thrilled! When I originally booked everything in July, I was at about $425 for the rental!

My Midsize rental through Alamo just went down $6 as well.

- Paying: $146 (after taxes)
- Dates: 9/7 - 9/14
- Codes: Free upgrade combined with Alamo insiders from their site

This is down to $140 today!

Keep watching. I'm 1 day out from my trip and it's hit the lowest I've seen at $112.

Yes, that is with taxes. Is Dollar outside the terminal? (need to shuttle?)

Inside the terminal is worth more to me as there will be 7 of us and that shuttle ride with all of our luggage is just a little bit of a stressor. haha.

Dollar is in the terminal garage.

This is down to $140 today!

I realized earlier today that I hadn't cancelled the first set of reservations that I made (I made two, then a week later prices dropped so I made three more), so I logged on to do so, then figured I'd check again. Well, my prices have dropped by $90!!

I cancelled all my previous and still have two (one is with the unknown new Firefly company, so I'm afraid to cancel my back-up Dollar res) and they are for 235 and 238, taxes included, on a minivan from 9/16 to 9/22.

I'm probably going to go ahead and cancel the Firefly for 235 since it's only a few bucks and I'm scared to try new things.

Anyone have any really bad experiences with Dollar?

I figured I was at the lowest I could get at $112 but checked again this morning (I leave tomorrow) and it's down another $5. I'm at $107 for a full size at Alamo from 8/31-9/7.

I dropped today too 8/31-9/8 for $98, so happy I checked!

If it makes you feel any better, I've been at $157 with Alamo for a few weeks, today it is $272!

I am leaving tomorrow for the House of the Mouse and just for kicks I would check rentals. I had a rental from tomorrow until the 14th for $236-; it just dropped to $187-!!!!
