They usually aren't announced until just a few day before the show start. The past few seasons, even the contestants don't know they are chosen until a producer (or someone) shows up, gives them 2 hours to pack, and takes them immediately to sequester. After they are all "locked up", they HG's are announced. I think the "lockup" time is around 4-7 days. They then go into the house and the actual show starts airing about 2 days later.

I wouldn't expect on hearing about HG's until around July 1st.

Isn't it horrible....I watch BB religiously and yet today I can't for the life of me remember who won it last year. I really wish they would do an all star BB, I would love to have Chicken George and Evil Dr Will and Kazar together again.

I just realized I will be on my way to Hilton Head Island on vacation when it starts! I will miss the first couple of episodes and the first WEEK of the live feed. OH NO!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
