Thank you for organizing the lists! We will be staying at Park Vue Inn (starting on the 11th) and in the Parks for four days - August 13th through 16th. I think we'll be at DL on 8/13 and 8/16 and DCA on 8/14 and 15. The only table service we're planning on is River Belle for a Fantasmic! dining package on the 13th.

So, how are everyone's plans coming?

I still have to get our park hoppers and as soon as the schedule is out, I want to get reservations for Carthay WOC. We did the BB F! in February and while it was really lovely, I want to see the new WOC show this time.

I've finally (I hope!) talked myself out of staying onsite this trip. As much as I really loved staying onsite, it would increase our hotel costs by more than 200%. Also, DH reminded me that we decided we could either go to DL once a year and stay onsite or go more often and stay offsite. Our Feb trip was for his 40th so we stayed at the GCH but we were not planning on going back to DL so soon.

So, we are staying at the Grand Californian! One more week until we can make our dining reservations. I think we're gonna try for the chef's counter one night, Ariel's for a breakfast one day (my stepson's pick) and BB for the Fantasmic dinner ( we're gonna eat there anyway might as well check out Fantasmic too). We haven't decided on dates for when to do what, gonna try and keep it open incase it fills up, mostly with the chef's counter. Can't wait!!!!!

We are 8/5-11, at the Camelot now but I keep looking around. Have a suite booked cause oldest daughter was bringing her boyfriend-but now they are on the outs. Love the kid, but if we didn't have 6 going we'd have so many more hotel options! . I'm kicking myself for just missing the Orbitz 20% off promotion-we might have made the leap to the DLH for that.

Orbitz has a 10% off code right now, HOTEL10.

Personally, I am glad the 20% off has ended, less of a temptation for me to book onsite especially since we still have a December WDW trip to pay for.

We have quite a checkin list going! Thanks Aladora for keeping it up.

It's exciting that those early Aug travelers will get to start making ADRs pretty soon. I'll probably only make one for Cafe Orleans, other than that I like to keep our schedule open. I was thinking of going to Goofy's Kitchen but my kids didn't care to see the characters so I don't need to worry about that. Still been checking hotel rates daily, currently booked at Embassy Suites S and yesterday the cost dropped $10 per night! Really hoping the new Homewood Suites opens early but I'm not holding my breath, guess we will just have to wait until next year.

We have not yet. we wanted to last year but Napa Rose was closed during our trip which is why we are very excited to try it this year!
