August can not come fast enough lol. We are taking our nephews this time and I've never had to think about what kids would like for ADRs. Now I'm days away from the 180 mark and finding myself lost. There are so many things DH and I like that I'm pretty sure the kids won't. Ideas would be lovely!

We won't be getting memory maker. I think we may do a photopass share again. I already have a group I worked with on our December trip. It was only $25 for my photos.

My boys are 10 and 11 and we've gone the las few years. They love and want to see each time:
T-Rex in DTD (food even not bad)
Garden Grill at Epcot (we all love this one chip n dale and Mickey, Pluto). Very relaxing
Sci Fi at DHS. Such a cool atmosphere but stick to burgers
They even like Crystal Palace and think it is the coolest thing ever to get into MK before it opens with an early ADR

I am so excited, I will be there August 17th through the 21st. Only 4 nights but I will be going with my grand-daughter who will be 6 by then . She has been before but this is the first time that just she and I will be going. She does not know she is going yet so it is really hard for me to keep the secret. I want to book breakfast in Cinderella Castle, and also Crystal Palace not sure what the character breakfast in Hollywood studios is called but I think I may book that because she loves Sofia and Doc McStuffins. I am going to take her to the Afternoon Tea at the GF as well hopefully that will start a nice tradition for us. We are staying at the AKV, savanna view I know she will like looking at the animals from the balcony. Right now I am just waiting for Southwest to open up its flights for our timeframe and my booking window for our reservations.

Awesome plans! The Disney Junior character breakfast is at Hollywood & Vine.

I'm glad to see you were successful in getting a pre-opening TH ADR, I can start making mine in a couple weeks and am really nervous about securing that.

Good morning fellow Augusteers!

I had a busy week with my reservations. My ADR's are the following:

8-4 Chef's De LaFrance 12:30
8-4 Bongo's 6:30
8-7 Sanaa 2:45
8-8 Tusker House 3:45

We decided since we are staying at POR we would eat at the food court more. We love their food court. I will go to Wolf Gang Puck's one day also.

The only ADR I am not sure about is Sanaa. We want to do a split stay at AKL if a discount comes out. If we are able to then I will keep it otherwise I will cancel. I won't go to AKL just for a meal.

I bought my YES tickets this week. The class my daughter wants came available and we are pysched. She is going to do the Careers in Marine Biology on 8-4.

Our park days are as follows:
8-3 TL am then hop over to MK pm
8-4 Epcot
8-5 AK lunch at Flame Tree
8-6 DHS am rd then Epcot pm
8-7 Switching resorts and resort day
8-8 BB am then AK pm
8-9 Chill at resort then fly home pm

I have my airfare so now I just wait for booking Fp+ and to see if I get a discount to do a split stay.

We haven't planned our Universal days. As we will have the Express Pass we will probably just play it by ear and see how we feel

Already purchased it!! I never make it in any of the pics I take myself and we usually regret not buying ride pics (they really add up individually!) so I'm seeking out every Disney Photog out there this year! We are going to get our money's worth!

A photopass share splits the cost of the photopass cd. Usually 5-6 people share the cost. 1 person hosts the share, collects the money, sets up the account and makes copies of the photos onto a cd (unless you pay for the download only). Everyone uploads their photopass card to the same account. It takes trust but I have never had an issue with the host taking great care of the share. There may be room in my August share. PM me if you would be interested in joining. Ther person who is running the share did my December share and she was fabulous! There is a Facebook page for Disney photopass shares since the Dis does not allow the shares anymore.
