We will be at OKW August 17th-23rd.

OKW is our home DVC resort but we haven't there in the last three trips, so this really will be a welcome home visit for us! WHOOT!

My daughter and I will be at CBR from August 20-26. We are flying from PA. It will be our first time at CBR and we are both really excited.

We are at CBR 8/26-9/3....(maybe crossing paths at airport...we are flying in from Jersey)

I remember first posting on the DIS boards and it being months away.....it was so exciting turning the page on the August calander and seeing DISNEY across our week!

9 more days to go! Can't wait! Planning this trip was almost an additional course alongside the four i'm already taking. From reading all of your posts, to reading the Unofficial Guide, having my sister and nephew drop out on me, and replacing them with a fun co-worker. It has been an exciting planning event. I can't wait to see how the trip will pan out.

Thanks all for the awesome stories and advice! You've gotten me through a difficult semester, and helped me live the magic before I get there.

We're back! Late last night! Had an awesome time at AKL! We did get flamingos and those cute little animals down the pool slides in the am! Nice surprise! It was super hot and we did seem to have our days of rain! It rained so bad last night our flight was a bit delayed going home. My only complaint about most of the pools at Disney are the fact that you cannot find a clock anywhere. I know you are on vacation and should not worry about the time but when you have dinner reservations sometimes you just need to keep an eye on the time. We ate at the Mara for breakfast and a few times for lunch. Spent a lot of time at the pool towards the end of the week. Park hoppers and water park options used too! Did Typhoon Lagoon and Disney Quest. One day we walked MK twice! First time getting blisters on my feet and also came home with the Disney rash on my feet and lower legs. That is becomming a tradition for me. Glad to be home but we already miss our AKL home.
