The show is finally going to address Benjamin Hendrickson's (Hal) death
when Hal is killed (off-screen of course) in the line of duty. On
October 23rd, there will be a memorial service for Hal that will serve
as a tribute to the actor as well.

I'm bummed I'll be on vacation and miss it. Hopefully, it tapes for me with no problems so I can watch it when I get home.

I'm glad they are finally doing the memorial for Hal/Ben. It's weird watching w/o them barely mentioning him - esp. during the slasher story.

I was wondering the same thing about who peed on Jade's stick. I'm glad Will is finally catching on.

I'm confused on that one. They were saying for a while that she would end up really being Rose's daughter. But I don't know. Seems like with Lily seeing Rose that she would have told her if it was. You know?

I haven't seen anything else about it lately but I really do get the feel from Rose & Lily that it isn't Jade. Maybe it is wishful thinking on my part, but I'm sticking with that.

I think Jade really is Rose's daughter and she is out to get revenge on Will by ruining his life. I also think a pregnant girl is using Jade's name at the free clinic. Today when Will called the clinic the nurse said she just left but Jade was w/ Holden then. Jade probably got some poor girl to use her name in promise for money or something.

eta: Rose kept telling Lilly you need to stop my daughter from making a huge mistake - IMHO it's Jade faking the pregnancy.

I felt bad for Gwen today.

We sure can. I really hope Jade isn't Rose's daughter too but I really think she is. Also the actress who plays Jade signed a long term contract. They wouldn't do that if they didn't have some big plans for her. Maybe she'll turn into someone nice- helping you in your little fantasy.

THIS WEEK ON "AS THE WORLD TURNS"
Carly is unable to turn her back on Simon. Katie is disturbed when Simon passionately defends Carly and realizes that he’s in love with Carly. Craig is pleased when idea for a foundation creates tension between Meg and Paul. Lily convinces Will and Gwen to forgive Jade for her mistakes. Dusty surprises everyone when he supports Craig’s decision to host benefit for the hospital. Will and Gwen’s reunion is cut short after Will receives a disturbing phone call...

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY...JADE
After Jade reveals that she’s not pregnant, Luke tries to convince her to give up on her dreams of a relationship with Will. Will arrives at the hospital, demanding that Luke be honest with him, but Luke covers for Jade. Meanwhile Jade to provoke a fight with Gwen so she can lose her non-existent baby, but injures herself when it backfires. Elsewhere, Holden and Lily meet with Theresa who reveals that she's not Rose's daughter, but believes that Jade really is. When Luke comes home with Jade’s file, Lily notices that she and Jade have the same blood type and gets Lucy to run a blood test, confirming Jade is in-fact Rose’s daughter. Jade comes clean about everything when Lily tells her what happened and is surprised when Lily forgives her and welcomes her into the family.
