' Emily Has Meg Arrested
When Paul continues to say that he doesnt remember where Dusty is buried, Jennifer comes to the conclusion that Paul did in fact kill Dusty, but Meg was the one who buried him. Paul takes a firm stand and defends Meg to the max, so much in fact that Jennifer realizes he loves her. Elsewhere, Emilys been a busy body convincing Hal to search Megs room. While shes there, Hal finds the bloody gloves and arrests Meg, taking her to the cell next to Paul. Meg reveals to Paul that Emily turned her in and then yells at Paul for confessing to a murder he didnt commit. Shortly after Meg is taken for questioning, Emily visits Paul and demands to know how Paul could love Meg but not her. She asks Paul if she is truly unlovable, but Paul gives her no answer and apologizes for what he did. Emily isnt convinced and storms away, only to learn that Meg has been released due to the evidence being tainted.
Will Drops a Bombshell on Hal; Hal Returns the Favor
The newlyweds show up to Hals house to give him the good news, but hes not home and the place is a pigpen. Gwen thinks that Hal feels alone and decides to help Will clean up. When Hal returns home, he is shocked to learn that Will is married. Hal one-ups Will by revealing to him that Paul is alive. Later, Gwen ends up watching baby Johnny after an emergency leaves Jen without a sitter. Jen is happy that Gwen is around and wants her to spend more time with her son; Will tells Jen that she will be doing that now that she is Johnnys aunt. Gwen tells Jennifer not to give up on Dusty, referring to how she knew her child was alive when everyone told her otherwise. While Gwen is giving Jennifer some needed encouragement, the camera cuts to a blindfolded, beaten and shackled Dusty in an unknown location.
Margo Puts Maddie Out; Henry Learns What He Must Do For Money
After figuring out that Casey and Maddie helped Will & Gwen marry, Margo is even more upset to find her son and Maddie making out. She berates Casey for lying to his father and tells them both that she can no longer trust them. She informs them that Maddie has to move out. Maddie leaves the Hughes and goes to Henrys only to be told her timing sucks due to him being out of money. Emily arrives a few minutes later and tells Henry shell give him all the money hes due as soon as he kills someone for her.
Carlys Secrets Are Revealed
Katies pressuring Nick to tell Jack that Carly set him up works to no avail, seeing as now Nick insists that Carly is innocent. Katie makes good on her promise to Nick and tells Jack all about Carlys recent activities. Jack doesnt believe Katie, but he begins to piece the puzzle together and realizes Katies story explains the recent change in Carlys behavior. A livid Jack returns home and confronts his wife. Though she tries to explain her actions, Jack wants to hear nothing of it. He asks her what he is to do if the police learn of Carlys actions. Jack declares to Carly that he will not cover for her and is so visibly betrayed and upset that he admits hes unsure whether he should stay married to her. Fearful of losing Jack, she admits all her wrongdoing, but vehemently denies any involvement in Nicks arrest. Jacks attitude changes, and reveals to Carly that if she had been involved, they would be over ..
Jades Plan Benefits Both Her and Luke
While eavesdropping, Jade overhears Lily tell Lucinda that shes an imposter. Jade rushes to Luke and reveals that she is not his cousin, admitting that even though shes not really related to him, she desperately wants to be a part of his family. Luke understands wanting something (or someone) so badly knowing all the while he cant. Jade appeals to Luke, telling him she can make everything work to their advantage .all they have to do is arrange for Lily to find them in bed together
