Birdie - that is cool. I thought it was awful how they never gave him any kind of send off. Just one day he was gone w/o a mention.

I almost posted about him, but he has been gone for so long I thought why bother! How young are his kids? I remember reading that he left because of lack of storyline and bad actors. I think he needs to come back, and let Lisa, Lucinda and Barbara do battle over him again!

I was also wondering if he was in the newest Die Hard movie. Does anyone know-he was in at least one of the original 3.

AS THE WORLD TURNS
A neurologist informs Carly that tests have revealed she has a lesion on her brain and only a few months to live. Carly tells Brad she's dying. Carly collapses unconscious on the street, and when she comes to she has no idea who she is.

Craig tells Rosanna and Paul that he's suing them for freezing his assets. Rosanna is flooded with memories and tells Paul she remembers everything. Rosanna informs Craig that although he won't be returning to prison for the accident, he will be going back to prison. Rosanna says she will accuse Craig of switching the babies — a crime he wasn't tried for. Paul professes his undying love for Rosanna, and they make love. Post lovemaking, Paul proposes to Rosanna.

Noah refuses to come out to his father.

Dusty pours a drink and passes out. Col. Mayer begins to drag Dusty away, but Dusty surprises Col. Mayer by grabbing him. Col. Mayer pulls a gun and shoots. Later, Col. Mayer stashes Dusty in the trunk of his car. Sophie refuses to have an abortion.

His kids looked young, like 6 & 9 or something like that. The lady at the front desk said something about Die Hard but I thought she was talking about one of the old ones. Not too sure though.

Ok, come on, who else is already getting teary-eyed during the Carly scenes??

Oh, I couldn't take it when Jack yelled at her!!

I can't wait for him to find out. I hope they don't drag it out when she gets amnesia with her going missing for months and Jack thinking she ran away or something like that. Hopefully, if that is the case, Brad will set him straight.

Maybe Brad will set him straight and he'll leave Katie at the alter to go find Carly and 'save' her.

hmmmm if someone told me I was going to die in 3 mo. or less I would have freeked. She was just like Ho Hum and put her head down. Even when she went to the farm she was like normal.

They should have at least shown her in the car crying and saying that "No way is this going to beat me" Denial or not she is still acting mighty calm.

So think that she was givin someone elses diagnosis, that the dr.s mixed up the brain scans....Dr.s do it all the time. Will turn out that it is only stress and bad Headachs and they find this out when the other person who was told carly's diag, of stress dies.. People have lost there memorie before from stress. She did say that her heart is broken.

so what say you on how they will save her?

Maybe she is in shock and that's why she's not freaking out. I have no idea how they get out of this one. Sometimes I think to make these soaps better they should for once actually have them die. Like when Reva on GL was all of a sudden better after being on deaths door. Wasn't very realistic.I know it's fiction but sometimes they just go too far.

That was better than Felicia on B&B (I miss Molly) "dying" and then finding out she came back to life in the hearse and Stephanie had her nursed back to health!

There are other boards actually panicking that maybe they will actually kill off Carly (Maura West).

I read that her contract is up in November.
One person said there was suppose to be a major death this year on ATWT!

This is all conjecture but fun to read BUT they better NOT kill her off! This better be just a way to get Jack to see the 'light' so to speak, about Carly and his love for her!

I certainly don't want Carly to die, but I think she needs to be with someone as intense as she is. Not my Simon again

Jack and Katie do get married.

Katie spends the majority, if not all, of their wedding night alone. The honeymoon is postponed.

Brad leaves the wedding to go to the police station where Carly apparently has been taken to by the stranger. He convinces her to go to the hospital. Then returns to the wedding just in time to catch Katie's bouquet.

Jack and Brad go into the kitchen. Jack is angry at Brad for not being there after he made him a part of the wedding like he wanted to be. Brad tells him Carly is sick and it's serious. He doesn't tell him what's wrong. Carly does when Jack arrives at the hospital. Those must be the scenes the producer or whoever said CarJack fans shouldn't miss.....I CAN'T WAIT! I'll have my tissues ready!
