this is located just to the right of entering the world showcase.. heading towards Canada.. I came out of Bambi's butterfly house and walked to the right down the little path heading towards the world showcase and there it was!

Wow, it doesn't look like it has rained in wdw for 2 months!

so I was in Disney from 4/7 to 4/14 --Yes a week ago -- and it didn't rain a drop!!!! I felt sooo lucky to have been there without rain.. I am only hoping that I again can get lucky (4/29 - 5/7) for no rain or maybe just some overnight

Rain rain go away! Crazy thunderstorm with torrential rain just blew through Disney. We have. Full day cabana rental booked for tomorrow so preying this was the worst of it. Heading home tomorrow night. Driver picks us up at 6:00 pm.

All bags packed, dinner dishes and kitchen cleaned up, bottle of bubbly chilling (to help me fall asleep hopefully), alarm set for 3:00 a.m.!!! We are ready to go. We decided to take our laptop, so maybe I'll get an opportunity to comment on the weather Saturday and Sunday. Really hope we have no delays at the airports. So excited

We leave tomorrow!! yay!! I got very excited and was about to do online check in for our flight, but then realized we hadn't finished packing yet (last load in the dryer), so perhaps I should wait!! Ha.

All of the errands are about done. We took the lazy way out and hired some house cleaners. Yes! The same day! How awesome is that! But I have to admit, it made my day a lot less stressful! So what's left...finish packing, charge appropriate devices, get some sleep and off we go.

I'm trying not to stress about the weather. No way it can be as bad as it was last time we went!

Finally! Busy, busy day at school, finished packing, had a lovely pedicure and now sitting down to relax and watch Episodes 4 and 5 of Game of Thrones before turning in EARLY! It's so weird without the cat and dog around here, too quiet! Up at 4:00 to drive to Manchester then in the air!!! I'm really hoping for no delays too, hopefully the rain won't be too bad! I'll try to check in too, while we're there, hang in there end-of-monthers, it'll be your turn soon! Have a great trip down those of you heading out this weekend and in the next few days! Can't believe it's finally here!!!

Just back a few hours ago and so sad Had wonderful weather, great stay at AKL some great meals, some not so much. I had posted that funny run in with the family that was going to AKL to swim and it obviously got locked! I wasn't trying to start trouble, just pointing out that there are people that really do this!!! Any questions????

1 week from RIGHT NOW we will be chilling at the pool after our long drive to Disney, should be heading to the room soon to rest before our first day in the parks - Animal Kingdom on day 1.

Oh, how am I going to get through work next week??????

Our time is coming in 6 days 17 hours and 57 minutes!!! Atleast that is what my countdown on my phone says...Woo Hoo!!!!!

Can't believe at this time tomorrow I wil be in WDW!! So excited but sad at the same time. Nice to be able to spend some time with my DH for our anniversary but I have never been away from my kids this long. It will just make me appreciate them more I guess. DH and I made a vow the day we were married that we would always every year take one vacation together alone and one with the kids so our marriage always seems fresh. Love him!

Finally getting a chance to post to say we're here safe and sound! Riverside is nice but really confusing in its layout! It took us forever to find our building this afternoon. We had a bit of rain this afternoon but it cleared up just fine and we went to Dtd this evening for a bit. Tomorrow it's Epcot and mk for the wishes dessert party! I'll try to check in once we get back to the resort, loving this wifi here!!

Finally getting a chance to post to say we're here safe and sound! Riverside is nice but really confusing in its layout! It took us forever to find our building this afternoon. We had a bit of rain this afternoon but it cleared up just fine and we went to Dtd this evening for a bit. Tomorrow it's Epcot and mk for the wishes dessert party! I'll try to check in once we get back to the resort, loving this wifi here!!

Haha I will! DH is cranky this am he says he didn't sleep well last night - I slept great and am ready to tackle the day! Might be a long one for him! Ruh-roh! Hello from AKL!! Can I just say that this resort is everything I had hoped!! And we haven't even explored much!! It's absolutely gorgeous! We went to Jiko last night, and it was amazing. Easily (so far) one of my favorite restaurants.

While on our flight, which was probably the most turbulance I've ever experienced, I realized I forgot to put our ME tag on our bag!!! Ugh, oh well, it only detoured us a little bit.

It rained when we first got here, but nothing I couldn't handle. It had stopped by the time we were in our room! Today, the storm clouds are still around, but not too menacing. We were exhausted last night, and passed out pretty early. Hmm...or maybe it was the wine at Jiko...

Gotta go. I see sun on the balcony.
