I don't know about the resort reservations but I made some ADRs for my BIL over the weekend and he didn't get email confirmations of them and they weren't listed in "my reservations". I think a CM told him on the phone that online stuff wasn't working that great.
So maybe if you call they may really have it, you just think they don't.

Hey Stevie - Yup, it'll still say that even if you already completed online check-in. You should get an email confirmation immediately after you check-in.

We put in a request for either Fiji (we love the marina & pool) or Tahiti. Hopefully we get one, but either way we don't really care - 3rd floor would be best in our opinion. So we'd pretty much take any building as long as long as it's on the 3rd floor.

We put in on our ORIGINAL request with our TA 3rd floor, Fiji or Tahiti. Unfortunately, when doing online check-in, there isn't an option to request 3rd floor.

I saw a woman with a LGMH last time we were there, but I was too shy to say hello! I'm definately going to put mine on my bag - so if anyone sees us, feel free to say hello!

So we decided to change our resort last week and the CM said I would be getting revised Mickey Mail. When should I expect to get it? I don't want to wait to long and not get it in time! It's only been a week at this point, but we leave in just over 2 weeks now. Any thoughts?

Thinking if it doesn't come on Saturday, I'll give them a call?
