Just got done watching the girls...man if Janay isn't gone after tonight I might have to stop watching. Mikahla (sp?) also did a poor job tonight. I haven't watched my tape of the guys yet...that's my next stop after here.

Amanda- It was just OK, not good but not bad either.
Janay- That was really, really bad. Selena just rolled over in her grave bad.
Carrie- Zzzzzzzzzz but I like her.
Vonzell- I was scared when I heard the song she was doing but I liked it. It was fun and she looked great!
Nadia-I liked her a lot. I agree that she has the most star quality.
Lindsey- Best she's sounded so far and I enjoyed her tonight.
Mikalah- I didn't enjoy that at all, it sounded very off to me.
Jessica- She needs a stylist ASAP but sounded pretty good.

Should be gone- Janay and Mikalah.

Mikayla and Janay need to be gone. Simon certainly was glad that Jessica's boys were back in town (and out for all to see!!!).

I also noticed Ryan doing some looking. Amanda got the once over after she sang...and when Ryan was doing Jessica's pre-song chat did he ever look at her face?

Tonight was kinda boring to me. The only performance that stood out was Janay's....because it was horrible! I think that was seriously the worst performance I've seen yet this year. If she is not gone tomorrow, there is seriously something wrong with this competition. Does anyone here actually vote for her?

As for everyone else, no one really stood out to me tonight. Even my favorites (Carrie, Lindsey and Mikalah) weren't overly impressive. I think all 3 of them did good, but nothing special. Everyone else was about the same.

My picks to go home tomorrow are without a doubt Janay, and then my second pick would probably be Amanda, because she's the only one that hasn't had any really good performances.

Possible Boy Girl matchups...

Lets see:

Nadia and Bo (great thought from another poster)

OR

Nadia/Anwar (that could knock some socks off)


Anthony/Carrie (it would not be visually stunning, but the vocals would work, it would look like a homecoming king/queen float)


Constantine (if he makes it) with Jessica.. they both have a "different" look.

Bo/Jessica could be interesting as well.

Scott (if he makes it) could be vocally interesting with Vonzell.

Vonzell/Nikko could be fun

I have my top three narrowed down to Bo, Anwar, and Nadia. I think they are all great! None of the other girls impressed me tonight except Nadia; she was fantastic!

I still think Constantine looks just plain silly when he sings. He's trying way too hard to be cute, shy and sexy all at the same time, and it's just not working for me!

I thought Amanda was awesome, what are the judges talking about?

I've said it before that I like Amanda...maybe not so much for her singing, but...

Anyway, I've also said before that I didn't think the guys were all that great...but, the girls pretty much blew it tonight. The only one that really blew my socks off was Nadia. She's consistently above average. If she and Bo were in the final two, that'd be great.

As for the others -
- Janay needs to go home. She's never been good, and I really don't think she can be.
- Mikalah is awful. The past two weeks she's "gone adult" and I really think she's been awful.
- Vonzell was pretty good. She's at least having fun.
-All the others were just flat.

Oh PLEASE let that be Janay's last Idol performance!!!

I will really be disappointed if she makes it further. I do hope Mikahel gets one more shot to show that former 'fun' side that won some of us over in the beginning. Nadia does have that "IT" factor. Her outfits are well put together and she makes each song her own.

I am anxious to see what Wednesday brings!

My thoughts exactly! That was really bad tonight!! I liked Mikayla when I first heard her in the auditions, but I do agree with Simon that she is trying to act grown up too much...She just isn't fun anymore.

Should be interesting tomorrow!

Okay, here is my take on the girls tonight.

Amanda--I like her voice, but man, did she ever pick a bad song tonight!

Janay--She looked so cute, but oh, how she butchered a great Selena song. Hope she is going home tomorrow night!

Carrie--I thought she was the best one vocally.

Vonzell--I love watching her perform. She really gets into it. I also really enjoy her voice.

Nadia--Another one I enjoy watching perform. The girl is good!

Lindsay--I just don't like her. She is my 3rd choice on who should be gone.

Mikalah--For the love of God, after a nice week of not listening to her talk last week, why did they have to interview her?! She is so annoying! Please make her leave!!! Oh, yeah, and I hate her singing voice too!

Jessica--Okay, I did not like her tonight. I prefer her singing ballads over upbeat songs. I also worried that she would have an embarrasing moment and bust out of that top! Phew! Glad that didn't happen.

Definitely think Mikalah and Janay should go home!
