"Official" 2024 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Thinking of going to the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party next year (2025). Have not been able to go because of daughter's school schedule but she's off to college this week. Don't want to go in August or September. Too hot. Mid October to end of October is a better fit for us. It looks like the party happens 2-3 times a week? How do I go about making reservations if I don't (and won't) know dates? Just my luck, I'd be there and there will be no party.
Look at past dates and days from ‘24 and ‘23, compare for similarities and make your best guess if you have to book before party dates are announced.

How busy is MK during the day of MNSSHP? Do people go and then head out knowing it's a shorter day? Or do they pay for a park ticket and the additional MNSSHP planning on a morning to midnight day? We are just going to do the party, but I am trying to decide if it may be less or more crowded (speculation, to be sure, but answer me anyways, lol) to go ahead and do the MK day on a MNSSHP night. Or should we just do a day when the party is not scheduled? We are normally not a morning to close park people....I am not getting any younger, those days are gone!! Thank you all for you thoughts and input! So looking forward to this!
It’s usually quieter. I love going to MK on party days. But it gets busy at 4, since that is when the party goers are able to get in.

We usually hop to another park from MK once the party goers arrive.

Traditionally party mornings are low crowds. People who want fireworks or not to be kicked out of MK at 6pm go to the other parks leaving mornings light. It gets busier as afternoon goes on and can get very busy when party crowd crosses over with the day crowd from 4-6pm.

Wondering if anyone tried lining up for Minnie and friends around 6:30/6:45 and how long the wait was

Thank you! We will pick a day that has the party for our other MK day! We won’t last past 4 anyways! Lol

Thank you! We won’t make it past 4 anyways, so I think maybe Oct 6th, since we will be doing the party on the 4th! So excited to go back to Disney!❤️❤️
At 1:10pm today I took a photo of my boys by the Gaston statue with literally no one in the background

Not crowded

Now I’m wondering where all these people came from

Anyone else attend the party last night? Felt we got so lucky with the weather this time of year.

It was hot and we made some rookie mistakes, but overall it was a wonderful memory for my family!

Our favorite snack was the candy corn ice cream at Auntie Gravity’s. I think that’s available during the day, too, so we will go back and get it again later in the week!

Gotta share those Rookie mistakes so we don’t make them!

Would love to hear more about your mistakes... I am not a rookie and have been to several parties, but I will admit the parties overwhelm me and I often feel lost and scattered during them despite planning!

Do we know if the Poly/GF resort launch is running at the end of the night? That’s my preferred way to get home to the Grand and just trying to work out logistics.

For the "merch purch" experts of hot ticket Disney items and others in-the-know, does the Minnie Mouse Hocus Pocus sipper go on sale at exactly 7pm--and not a minute sooner? If so, would it be wise to line up where she's being sold at 6pm?

Take all of this with a grain of salt, but I've read reports through FB that people line up starting at 5:30, and that they're usually gone within 30 minutes of going on sale. Technically supposed to go on sale at 7, but like other party treats/snacks, I've heard that they can sometimes unofficially go on sale closer to 6:30-6:40.

Maybe someone there tonight can tell us when you can ride Tiana's or Tron. If it was at 6pm last time, I wonder if it's the same today? I assume all rides are still open after 6 to get on, even if the party starts at 7

We got to Tiana's last night at 5:54 PM - we were able to get in line right away and it was only a 15 minute wait.

There was a YouTube video of this a couple nights ago. I think it was the explore and chill channel.
