There was also a MAJOR internet outage early this morning impacting many public-facing websites and internal internet-based systems for very large corporations (Target, Amazon, CNN, etc). Not sure if Disney was impacted by that, but it's possible...

Not me - but I'm not sure that "will allow us to call but not actually load the tickets into the system" would have been in my first few guesses for this morning's disfunction.

How does a company that is worth billions routinely mess these type of drops?

Yes, Im logged in, but on the Disneys After Hour Boo Bash tab, it wont let you click anything.

Yes! I'm currently on hold (47 minutes and counting!) we also have these two lucky folks as well

We are DVC and AP so I called the AP holders line and asked the automated recording for event tickets. I'm now on hold with a wait time of more than two hours.

Over 309 tries since 6:58am ranging from busy signals, circuits busy, call can’t be completed, etc. I have to go to work so i just handed everything off to my sister. We want Halloween night, otherwise I’d be waiting until the morning rush is over. Good luck all.
