Do the lanyards act as a FP between 7 and 8 pm?

Will anyone be liveposting (FB, insta, twitter) tonight or next Tues? If not, will folks come back here and report back? I'm especially interested to learn if/how they've solved the 7pm lanyard at the gate issue and offer any inside the park options, and wondering if they find a way to address the crowds at 7DMT. Thanks in advance and have a wonderful time!!!

I’ll be doing my best! We’re at Tomorrowland Speedway now, then headed to the front of the park to get our lanyards.

We are in the park. We did all the other things we wanted now so we can focus on the fun stuff tonight. Crowds are crazy right now. We are going to head to the front to see if we can get checked in for DAH. Hoping we don’t have to wait long to do that.

I just checked in and got my lanyard. I was already in the park but it looked like they were letting people in with just the DAH tickets.

I asked at Pooh if I could use my lanyard as a FP and she looked at me like I was nuts but let me in.

We only had DAH tickets to get in, we were let in at 6 but saw from the monorail others already getting in. So no idea when they actually started. Edit to add we got our lanyards at 6 as well

There were some isolated reports of this last week, but I’m not so sure this is a “real” thing on a mass scale.

Frontierland clearly starting to empty out at 7:21. Splash Mountain boats are running empty and it’s KILLING me.

Pirates at 7:28. Asked at the FP entrance if we could use our lanyards and the CM shrugged and said “Sure?” and let us through.
