Oh my goodness. I better brush up on my disboards rules. Can you imagine if I got myself kicked off just before FD dropped?!

This is an irrational fear of mine. I am on pins and needles trying to be extra careful!!

Ok maybe this is a stupid question or my lack of enthusiasm creeping up - say the dreaded happens - no heads up FD just drops - given the amount of helpful and considerate people I see post here can I assume someone will still post hey you guys FD is up ???

I just really want news already can you tell?!

People will post after securing their own reservations. I have been worried about Disney throwing it at us with no heads up, but I think we will have at least a pretty good idea of when it's dropping. Black gave us a heads up when the last deal dropped and that wasn't nearly as big of a deal as FD.

I actually asked myself this question too..and decided I'll get my oxygen mask on first .
But the first free second I have I'm coming to tell you all as fast as I can!

Everyone should put their mask on first!! We are all here to help one another, but I don't think anyone would be upset for someone booking before taking the time to post here! Don't worry, guys. Y'all just sleep in the next few Mondays and I'll let you know AFTER my reservation is secure!!

Hi all. I have been reading along for a bit now
We have been in Oct 3 times but this will be a first in December. We have gone with fd every trip so really want to continue that haha.
I am booked at CBR right now with the gift cards and the 25% tickets (Canada Deal) in a package. Price still is not the best and FD will save me more. Exchange so bad I want it as low as it can be!
Looking forward to seeing Christmas at WDW though!

Yay December travelers! We'll be there 12/12 - 12/19 at CBR. And Epcot is an awesome place to use up snacks! Or Main Street bakery...

we are planning on December here too for the first time. I'm hoping for CBR but may change it because of the construction.

I had a question about the Disney Vacation Account. If we set one up now and end up canceling our reservation and rebooking to get a FD deal, will that be an issue or can we just link it to the new package? Should we wait until our reservation is set in stone?

We mainly just wanted it as a fun way to keep our Disney money seperate from our savings and get the gift cards.

Rose and Crown or La Hacienda?

Which location is better for Illuminations - we were palnning on Rose and Crown but honestly I was not excited about the menu there.

Leaning on the veterans, which has better food and which has better viewing?

I haven't been to Rose and Crown. If you can get a table next the window at Hacienda...I don't see how that can be beat! Good luck!!!
