Or could be 24th about a month before grand opening of pandora? Makes sense business wise.My money is on the 10th. Of course, all my money goes to Disney in the end, so what do I know?![]()

Wow!! I'm a pretty adventurous eater, but I'm not sure I could do this one!
Since some of you guys are holding down the fort, mind if I hang out with you today?
Before you ask, no rumors and yes, I checked this morning.
So, first off....bloggers and their preferred travel agencies. Let's face it, we live in a time where information is money. Some bloggers dedicate their lives to providing great info about Disney. There are inherent costs to provide this service which is for the most part free of charge to the public. Now, I know some of these guys and most have the best intentions. BUT, I feel honesty is the standard.
I don't blog. We spend a TON of time in the parks each year, making some 6-7 trips each year. It's where my family takes time out of our busy schedules to reconnect. If I can share that type of experience with others, then I feel my time on the boards has been useful.
Seriously?eewwwwwIt is the whole fried fish from the Skipper's Canteen.
Off topic kind of:So if FD drops at BC or Yacht club and at CBR or other moderates, which would you do, deluxe or moderate? With FD deluxe would cost me about 2000 more for five of us.Going 9 days abd have WP days planned.I love BC dying to stay there but feel foolish spending extra 2000.We do plan on spending several afternoon breaks at the resort to enjoy.Currently booked at CBR with gift card and although the savings would be huge im not too excited.Going with one newbie stepson, 21, and kids 8, 9, 11 I want to wow tbe newbie.
Sorry your quote did not load into my post.I feel better when I see you hanging out. How many times do you think you've been to WDW? Do you have a favorite park? I'm going the week of Thanksgiving this year. I know you've talked about going at that time. Are the crowds terrible?
We decided to do the Grand this September trip, but this means booking with a room discount since that will save us much more than FD at the Grand. I can't tell you which you should do, but if you decide to go with a Deluxe, do the math. FD may not be your best value.Off topic kind of:So if FD drops at BC or Yacht club and at CBR or other moderates, which would you do, deluxe or moderate? I would do moderate with fd. I would do a discounted room at the BC and pay for food oop.Off topic kind of:So if FD drops at BC or Yacht club and at CBR or other moderates, which would you do, deluxe or moderate? What day are you trying for? Dinner right? I love stalking for ADR's so I'll look for you haha![]()
The current room discount wasn't a savings at all for deluxe BC. Only club level was available. I could book it through *** with a room discount but paying out of pocket for food will increase our total to almost 7k.Im doing one TS a day over 9 days.I would do moderate with fd. I bet when FD is announced there will be people changing plans and ADR's in the first couple of weeks. Things might open up then!![]()
How many people and are using TP search?
We did it for breakfast on our first trip ever and vowed never to go back. Service was terrible, food wasn't good, and I was overpriced! My opinion it is just a first timer must have.Ok so after watching a few reviews fo CRT it seems they do have a steak and shrimp dish but..I've heard so much about how bad the food is there. Why would a signature dining allow their food to go down the drain so bad? I am unsure we want to do this. Sure we would love a Princess meal in the Castle, but we do still want edible food. If we get free dining do we give up (a dinner show at polly) or two other meals and try this CRT?
We have been more times than I can remember. We probably lost count a long time ago. It is hard to pick a favorite because there is so many wonderful things in all of the parks. But the parks that require several days , such as Magic Kingdom and Epcot, are probably our favorites.
Thanksgiving is our favorite time to go. We normally spend 10 nights there. Crowds are light the week before Thanksgiving and get increasingly larger the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. But, the weather, decorations, and the holiday spirit are can't miss for my family.
I had the same experience when we were staying at the BWI, they would not do it
We normally tend to gravitate toward moderate resorts. Since our children are classified by Disney as adults, it is normally less expensive for us to stay at a moderate during free dining. My favorite over be past several years has been Coronado Springs. For many different reasons. It is closer to home, easier to leave when we are done with our trip, spread out enough so that we aren't not on top of everyone else, and throw in the beach and hammocks and you have a wonderful resort.Do you have a favorite resort?
We love December for the same reasons. I think that is the time of year we would always choose if given the choice. It was much easier to do with younger kids, but they can't miss mid December school anymore. It's August for us for the time being. I'm just happy to go.. but I will be back to December when they can't come with us anymore. We have been more times than I can remember. We probably lost count a long time ago.
