For those that booked the Savory Summer Offer, did we have to purchase tickets for that package? I know I did add mine in but I can't recall if it was part of the package. If it wasn't, wouldn't I be able to add the Canadian park tickets to it to decrease the cost?

Hey everyone!!! Been following for quite some time, but finally decided to join! Y'all are a fun bunch! We are so excited about our upcoming trip in September! Can not wait for the Halloween party! I would love to snag free dining! Crossing my fingers and toes!! :)

:welcome: Welcome to the insanity that is otherwise known as waiting for FD! :hyper: When are you going in September? Where are you staying?

Years ago planning a Disney Vacation wasn't as hard and difficult as it is now. Used to not have to make ADRs or Fastpasses (6 months in advance). I miss those days and was able to relax and enjoy my Disney vacations, now I can't relax as much, but still enjoy my trips. Disney also is much more popular and crowded nowadays than it was years ago, so can't get as much done as I used to.

I absolutely agree with you there! It did used to be much more relaxing without planning every single detail! Planning so much stresses me out more! You can't just "go with the flow" anymore. BUT, I still love my Disney vacations!

There's a new post on kennythepirate about FD saying that people who already have a package booked have "beat you to the punch" and makes it seem like they will get it before you, unless you go to his sponsoring TA and they can get you a res now and transfer it when FD drops. People who don't know much about FD might believe this...I guess Ken is just like Dad...

This post from Kenny really bummed me out. I used to consider him one of the best sources, but this one rubs me the wrong way. We know it is incorrect information and clearly an attempt to solicit business for the travel agency....but you're right that a lot of people will believe this info!

we are considering a week near Tampa next trip to FL, maybe one day at Busch Gardens; would be so much more relaxing. but would miss Disney.....

I can't go to Florida without going to Disney o.o
I did last year. I'm back, Disney is not as bad as Universal for guests not following the rules.

SeaWorld is the best. Didn't have a single asthma attack. Only one DSA that was in a strange place. Sat in the same area a few times eating ice cream without realising there was a DSA right near me.

If we as a group combined our knowledge of Disney we would make these people look even more silly then they've made themselves look already, we all know better!!!

I actually commented on that, giving the accurate facts, and he told me that the TA could easily add it. I wished them luck with that and moved on.

Dad dad makes my skin crawl with all his "ads" and slyly worded "info". I hate that site.

Yeah I commented on this earlier. Scare tactics and propaganda.
