Blunt started watching the original but decided to stop after 15 minutes and to make Mary her own. She said no one can out do Julie Andrews.

Of course no one can out do Julie Andrews.

But for the love of pete, do not make Mary Poppins "her own". Gah! Now I'm all terrified again!

I disliked it, but that was more about the play it was based on. Emily Blunt is perfect casting.

Into the Woods= underrated

NOTHING beats seeing the Broadway version, have to say, but the movie was amazing and definitely did it justice! Wish it got more credit!

Sondheim isn't as commercial as other composers. His style is unique, but I know many people who don't enjoy his shows. I love anything he does though, so the movie was awesome in my book!

And you haven't put a link up to pre-orders because...? I seriously need to preorder the Oswald book. Adore the Silly Symphonies book that came out last year and adore the Snow White book J.B. Kaufmann wrote so I'm expecting a similar experience
