Does anybody use KT tape? I've been happy with the results I've been getting, but after the first mile I just can't make the da*n stuff stick! And it's REALLY starting to make me. I follow the directions to the letter and make sure my skin is dry and clean when I put it on. I've been using the regular tape and not the Pro. Yet. Thinking about it but hate the idea of wasting more $ if it's just as bad. Help!

I've used K-tape for shin splints and had the same problem - during my runs I'd wear a compression sleeve as well and it helped. I found it was about the time spent and duration prior to getting sweaty that helped me - ie, for an early morning run I'd put on the night before. Good luck!
