For everyone who hasn't been to the expo, warning bib pick up is in a tent. And it doesn't have even the slightest cooling system.
I had the misfortune of going to bib pick up second time (went in earlier took a look at line and decided to go to merchandise and return for bib, then took a look at the merchandise line and returned to bib pick up (the later worked out because by the time I returned to by shirts and a hat there was no line)) right after a tour group got to the front. We spent the better part of twenty minutes just standing there. It was 40 minutes after entering when I walked out of the tent into the expo. To say the least, I was dying of thirst by the time I left.
Other than that craziness I've been having fun here. The waiters at Garden Grove were great last night, didn't like the food so much but the service was great. I'm here on my own but made character dining reservations and my waiter and another were nice enough to take my camera so I could get photos with Goofy and Pluto (the later one didn't work out though, I've learned now just to turn it to sport mode and tell the photographers to just hold it until its start firing off multiple shots, I can always delete extras later).
Oh two things to note, Fairy Godmother is supposed to be on course towards the end! And the coach drivers from Cinderella are out taking photos in front of bib pickup!
