Oh boy this made my night. I'm 5034. So how many corrals were there last year - what letter did they go to? And how many runners were there?
Bib # is 2569Does that mean I'll be in one of the earlier corrals?

My number is in the 14,000 and my two friends I signed up with are in the 8000 & 9000.Does that mean we will be in seperate corrals?? We are doing this as a girls weekend and wanted to donthenrace all together. Im a little upset at the thought that we might be separated.

I've seen numbers in the upper 14,000s, and quite a few in the 13s (like myself), so I'm assuming there will be a large back corral. I haven't seen any 10s, or 11s yet though.
oh, and not sure if anyone remembers but i was supposed to do this with my friend and she, well, had a nervous breakdown. divorcing her husband, had an affair, and stopped contacting me. last week she FINALLY emailed me this looooooong thing about how sorry she is and blah blah. i canceled her flight ressie (i was paying for it) and so i really don't think she can come to the race. whatever. i'm ok with being solo. running for me is a solo thing anyway. nobody can run it for me! i haven't called her yet. but, i will today. sounds like she needs a friend.
hey everyone! i've only done 2 short runs since i came back from disney. both were 4 miles. it's raining/hailing right now so i won't get out til tomorrow.
i think i might do a 6 miler, 8 miler, then 10 miler in these next three weekends.
looked up the bib number too: 8103. think that's in the last corral?
at first i was all worked up about the corral placement but now i'm just trying to relax. i'm not going to finish this thing in any sort of record time. in fact, i'm just looking to FINISH! so who cares what corral i'm in? during my long runs i tend to be at like a 11:30 min/mile which should give me plenty of time to finish and not get swept even if i need to stop or walk or something.
it's getting close!
