It will sell out, as will the 11/1 party in all probability.

Just got tix for Sept 20th MNSSHP...we will be there for a little over a week and was planning to pre-order the Photopass CD.

My question is whether pictures taken at the MNSSHP are included with the pre-paid CD? Or, do you have to purchase them separately?

Thanks!

Question about Fastpasses and the party...

If we go to MK during the day of a party, and collect Fastpasses, can we still use the Fastpasses that evening during the party?

Yes, you just add the party Photopass ID (if they actually have special cards this year) to your account online and you'll get the party borders as well.

No, fastpass lines are closed during the party.

I bought tickets for MNSSHP for myself and my partner when they were first release and managed to get the 31st Oct :yay:
I'm trying to find out as much as possible as I have no idea what to expect XD

I think I know the answer to this but, have not seen it written anywhere. What is DW's policy on adult men dressing as women? I assume that is not considered "family friendly" but, I want a more official guideline to give my DCuz who dressed as a "bunny" once for a private party. I'm telling him "don't you dare!" I don't want to get all the way to the gate w/my ticket in my hand and be told he can't come into the park. :scared1:

a few years back 2009, we saw a man dressed as Cruella, very well done, it was the opposite of the Disney version BUT you could tell who he/she was supose to be. He looked really good, took his picture and everything. I will note that the man had everything covered, very appropriate, if little kids had seen him they wouldn't think twice about it.

Now if your talking "bunny" as in playboy I would skip that.

going to the 10/7 party, and I think I've finally come up with a costume DH will wear. He isn't in to dressing up, so costumes have to be basically shorts and some kind of shirt:rolleyes1. We're going to go in hawaiian garb-hawaiian shirt for him with shorts, sarong and top for me. Floral leis, a hawaiian print bag, and my Mickey Polynesian drink cups :).

I will be visiting WDW for the first time this October. Just today I purchased MNSSHP tickets for my husband and myself for Tuesday October 25th. The photo ops I am most interested in are the 7 dwarfs, Cinderella's carriage, the Horseless carriage if that is different from Cinderella's carriage, the Headless Horseman (i went to college where he supposedly rode in Sleepy Hollow), and the magic photo with the hitchhiking ghosts. What order do you reccomend getting in line for these? I want to do everything but I understand that won't happen. Should I bother bringing my autograph cards or do none of the characters sign during the party. Any don't miss little known things you would recommend? I keep reading about not taking photos if you dress up like a Disney character. Does it just mean that if I dress as a Disney character I can't pretend to be a cast member in costume or can I actually not take photos? If I'm dressed as Snow White can I take a photo with Snow White? Thanks so much in advance for any help or advice.

The only issue with dressing like a Disney character is if you look too much like the real thing. They don't want kids mistaking you for one of their actual characters. So if you're too close to the original, they will ask that you not take photos with other guests and sign autographs or in any way act like you work there. Take all the photos of yourself with the Disney characters you like.

Expect to be busy! And dress cool. And do NOT sacrifice feet for the sake of your costume. Huge mistake I made last time! It's going to be dark and no one will see your feet too much anyway. Stick to your tennis shoes!

And as for the candy I think I'm in the minority. I like raisinsXD Or at least, I'll take them over the Palmer's chocolate!

You should be in line for the Dwarfs by 6:30 if that photo is a priority - the line stays very long all night.

The headless horseman rides a few minutes before the parade, weather permitting, so get a good spot for one of the parades and you should be fine. Have your camera ready, he goes by in a flash.

The hitchhiking ghosts is a photopass magic shot. We got our ghost photo by the Liberty Belle entrance, but I think there is another by the HM.

just had a quick question (sorry if this has been asked before) I'm planning on going as the chesire cat, and I was going to have a nice little bushy tail. Does anyone have any problems sitting on rides and what not with costumes? Whats the policy on that?

Don't believe that there is a policy, but I had no problem getting on and off rides with 8 large tentacles. Just be careful not to get caught on anything. Cheshire is a fave of ours!

haha that would be just my luck too! I could see myself getting my little tail caught and face planting it and having someone dressed as the queen of hearts laughing at me

Then you would just have to smile and fade away.

How crowded will MNSSHP be the night of Halloween? Any ideas?? Too crowded or bearable?

Not any more crowded than any other sold out night!

How it feels will depend on what you want to accomplish. The rides won't be bad. Finding a spot on Main Street for the parade or Hallowishes will be your challenge. If everyone were distributed around the park it wouldn't be a problem, but they all have to be in the same place for those things.
