Harry smiled.
"I think I'm pretty cute really, but I'm much more comfortable being a guy."

"I think I'd rather be a guy also" Neville stated. "Well. Defense against the dark arts is next. Shall we be off?" Neville said as he started walking out of the classroom.

Harry nodded and followed Neville.
"I've heard that this class is supposed to be really cool"

Hmm. Are we taking on the personalities of the character too or our own?
I'm going on my characters in this sentence.

"Yea. My grandmother always wanted me to become an auror. I thought it sounded a little dangerous." Neville said as he and his friends walked to the Defense against the dark arts class. "Wonder who the teacher is" Neville stated.

Hmm, well aren't we taking on both sort of?

"An auror? I've heard of that word before, some 6th years were talking about wanting to become aurors..what are aurors exactly?"

Hmm. I don't know. I guess.

"Aurors...I'm not sure. My grandmother just told me they work for the ministry. But even though I still not sure about what they do. Whatever they do the name doesn't sound so pleasent" Neville responded. "I was thinking more of a job with plants. Herbology I think my grandmother called it. I told her that I wanted to have something to do with herbology. She told me that herbology was for the weak." Neville continued.

"Aurors does sound unpleasent, but you never know. I think that working with plants is a perfectly fine job." Harry added. He looked behind him and saw the others talking to eachother and following them to the class.

"Thanks. I thought it sounded nice...but it's just my grandmother." Neville said. They were walking up the stairs to the classroom which was just one staircase ahead of them. They started walking up when they moved. Neville grabbed onto the side of the rails. "Great...now we are going to have to take the long way." He said.

Harry sighed.
"Sometimes these stairs are awesome, but right now I really wish these stairs could stay put.

The stairs stopped and Neville procceded up onto the floor for History of Magic. The stairs in front of him came around and he began to follow them up to the Defense against the dark arts door.

"hey neville! im so excited for this next class, ive already read the book, boy bathilda bagshaw knows so much!" said lavinia as she walked into binns class room. she gasped when she saw him "i i've n n never s s seen a g gg ghost bbefore." she stammered

Harry opened the door to Defense against the dark arts when they were there. He looked around and saw that there was no teacher in sight. He sat down in a seat and took out his book.

Neville walked in behind and took a seat next to Harry. "Wonder where the teacher is." Neville spoke.

Luna took a seat next to Harry...

She whispered "I heard some 5th years talking about it...they said the Professor wasn't very pleasent" then placed a quizical [sp?] look on her face.

Just as Cho walked into the classroom the teached walked in straight behind her. CHo looked upset, but took a seat at the back of the classroom on her own. Teddy walked in about 15 seconds later and the teacher gave him detension. Then he told everyone to stand at the back of the classroom. Everyone wondered why he had done this. Then he said "I am giving you a seating plan, and it is all girl boy" Then the muttering in the classroom rose and then he started putting people in their seats. Hermione was sitting next to Neville, which Neville was really happy about, but Hermione wasn't.

George was sat next to Cho, whom he had been trying to avoid after accidently running into her outside the Great Hall. He apologised to Cho again and listened to what the teacher was saying.

Harry was sitting next to Luna who he thought was slightly wierd. He wanted to be sitting somewhere else at this moment in time, but he put up with it. The teacher wrote his name on the chalk board. His name was Professer Quirell. Professer Quirell started to explain what they were going to do in the lesson.
