Thanks for the list taswira. I'm going to check out the DCL webstie again and see if they have anything like that listed. I remembered you had posted it somewhere last year, but I couldn't find it.

Yeah . . I guess whether they offer it this year depends on how well it went over last year. I do seem to recall that last year they did not start offering it for order until two or three weeks before Halloween. So even if they DO offer it again this year (and I am HOPING), it may not show up on their website yet. I'm going to keep checking at least weekly.

Lynda: Remember my Ds is 13 and loves those viedo games. I'm sure he'll join the boys in the younger group, because his older brother will kick him out of the teen club. Kyle and DRM's Keith both enjoy sports and games. I'm sure they'll all find each other on board. BTW, when do you start your new job?

Ginger: Thanks. I'll let you know. Wow 54 T or T'ers!! My Ds 15 is looking forward to this so much. I have to check out which stateroom we put down. I guess it doesn't matter we are across the hall from one another, but he is decorating his room. Look out Disney!!!

Teri: What was the site for the pirate stuff? I would just like to get some hats or small items. Don't think we'll be needing too much, plus I have to get enough for 5. Don't want to spend too much.

Guess what I bought and Claires. I bought a Halloween Bowa. That's right. One of those feather things. Orange and black with silver threads in it. I LOL when I went up to purchase it. That's it. My costume is done.

Well, off to clean something then to work. My grandmother is staying with me for the evening on Friday. We have a Jewish holiday on Sat. plus it's my birthday. Oh no another year!!

UGHH I woke up this morning to find out that Hurricane Jeanne is heading our way. I am soo tired of hurricanes!!!!! Our county is barely picking up the pieces from Frances. Some people still don't have power.

ROBYNC: In my treat bags I am putting a few halloween trinkets, a small bag of pretzles and of cours a few pieces of chocolate. It wouldn't be halloween without chocolate.

Karen: Hey mama, how are you holding up without Emma? I was thinking about you guys last night. Cant wait to see you again!

Debbie & Lynda: I laughed when I read your posts about liposuction, my dh cousin had it done in her thighs, hips and buttucks last summer 8 weeks before we cruised. Needless to say, she was still a little sore when we sailed.

I finally made my REAS ressies. It seems so real now!! I cant wait.

Hello!

Michelle: I don't start the new job now until November, after the cruise. I have to write an exam to get my licence to sell insurance and they're all booked up until November. Since we're going to WDW and the cruise, I told my new boss that it would make more sense to wait until after we come back. I'm just hoping that I don't have to write my exam Nov 8; I sure don't want to have to study on the cruise! In the meantime, I'm working for an insurance company writing up training programs for their employees. It's a contract job and my boss here said that there's plenty of work to do so he didn't mind me staying a few more weeks. Thanks for asking! And Robert sent Keith an email this morning!


Karen: congrats on 600 posts! Wow, that's a lot! And it's so neat that Emma's is seeing such historical places in China!

Dena: congrats on the REAS reservation! Boy, this cruise is really coming closer, isn't it? You can feel the excitement on the thread as people are starting to pack, make reservations, etc.

Hi Teri!,
We're staying at the Radisson too the night before. We're driving down from WDW the morning of Oct 29, spending the day at the Kennedy Space Centre and then staying the night at the Radisson. It's our first time there so I'm looking forward to it. We're booked on the 10:30am shuttle to the port the next morning.

I'm hoping that the Radisson will keep our luggage for us when we check in in the morning. Do any of you Radisson veterans think this will be a problem? I thought I'd call the hotel and ask them too.

Dena: hope that you don't have too much hurricane damage! Forgot to mention this in my last post! Boy, I don't know how you are doing it, handling all these storms!

We're staying at the Radisson too the night before. I think we're also on the 10:30 shuttle. We are all so excited! Our kids are little (4 and almost 2) but they can barely contain themselves too. All this anticipation is out of control!

Hey everyone! It's getting crazy around here again. People are starting to panic about Jeannie. The storms are mobbed and the lines for gas are outrageous! I dont know if I should stay, or try to go out to disney again.

I guess I'll have to wait and see what the storm is going to do.

Robyn: I read your profile and see that you are into scrapbooking and stamping. Those are my favorite pastimes as well, especially scrapbooking. Unfortunately, since I have had the baby, I have fallen behind a bit.

Well, I hear Emily waking from her nap now.

Dena: I didn't realize that Jeanne was headed your way. Pray that it turns before it get any closer. How is that baby of yours sleeping? Still through the night? How about that tooth?

We are not staying at the Radisson. I feel so alone!! well< I do have 2 families we are traveling with. I'm hoping we get to the port early. We fly in about 9:30 and pick up the DCL transport from the airport. We should be there early. So if you guys see a Red head with glasses that would be me!!

Okay, better go have to make dinner. Back to school night for DS 13 7th grade.

We were thinking of staying at the Radisson, but decided to stick around Orlando and are staying at Shades of Green on Friday.

We're saying at the Radisson Fri nite, too- We're on the 11 o'clock shuttle. My DS Ryan (3) received his postcard from Mickey Mouse that the nice folks on the other board send -He was so excited and now every time he sees his stuffed MIckey, he tells him he'll be seeing him soon- The anticipation is getting to me now -I don't want to wish the time away but I wanna be on the ship!!!

we are also booked on the 10:30 shuttle. So we have Ginger, Dena, Linda, Donna, RobynC and me staying at the Raddisson along with spouses and children. WOW!! WE will all have to have a "DIS" Meet Friday Evening. That way we will all know each other when we board the shuttle. HEY I want to be first in Line at the terminal!!(Just Kidding) I want to be among the first 100. Has anyone received their documents yet? I can't wait to get them.

Dena and RobynC- I also scrapbook!!! I LOVE IT!!!

I'm with you, Dena! My elderly mother and I voluntarily evacuated for Frances but will likely stick this one out. Unless the projected path changes again, it will go straight from Orlando to us! We are really sick of this. There are still unbelievable amounts of downed trees and debris to be collected, and it won't get done before this hurricane. They are just too many and too close! Our house is supposed to withstand up to 150 mph, but other than possible outside damage, what really gets to me is the aftermath - especially the probability of no power! This is a <I>major</I> downer!

I planned to park at the port for our cruise, and the day we arrive back at port I intend to head over to MK for the passholder preview of <I>Stitch's Great Escape</I>. If there are still hurricanes lurking the week we sail, I may end up just begging a friend for a ride, as I really don't want to leave my car in the lot for the hurricanes!

Well we had quite a hectic day here... My sister and her fiancee decided about three months ago to join us on the cruise well last night they decided to get married in St. Thomas on the beach. So we spent ALL day today shopping for dresses for her my mom and I to wear at the wedding. We are scrambling now to get everything done in record time.

Dena, Robyn, Teri- add me to the scrapbooking club I love to do my book, it relaxes me.
