Deena - I'm seriously worried about you! I'm watching all the flooding in Galveston ALREADY and the storm hasn't really even hit yet!!! But I heard the Houston mayor is telling people NOT to begin evacuating now. If they're not already gone, they need to stay put. What was it? 110 people died trying to evacuate from Rita? That's crazy! Please be careful!

Dena, where exactly are you? I grew up in Naussau Bay on Nasa Rd. 1 and remember just how bad that neighborhood flooded just during rain....And my BFF is staying with her mom off of 517 and 45.....good luck, you can pm if you want, I promise I won't show up and loot

I voted for Jerry- I personally think he's a jerk and womanizer, but he did come in 3rd regardless of being carried to 3rd place by Dan and Memphis.

I really like Renny She's a sweety and I wish I had her skin

That's crazy! Please be careful!

That mess from Rita was horrible. And that's is the reason many people didn't leave. Even though the traffic looked much better I'm sure a big part of that was from people not leaving.

We are a little worried too. We would be silly not to be but our area should be okay for the most part.

LOL. Having 2 small kids most of my money is tied up in Lego's and crap like that so if you need Lego's this is your day. If not I wouldn't waste my time.


We are pretty close to your friend and her mom. We are on the side of Friendswood that boarders League city. 518 is closer to me but 517 isn't that much farther.

So far so good. We are now getting the tropical storm force winds so the stronger ones will be coming in a little while.


And BB related Libra's family lives in Spring which is on the north side of Houston. They will get lots of wind but no storm surge.

I don't even know you, but I heard people on the radio talking about how hard Galveston was going to get hit with tsunami sized waves . . . and I immediately thought of your avatar and siggy! (I was supposed to go on the Ladies Only trip a year or two ago but had to back out - but I used to chat a little). I'm worried about you and am thinking of you, stranger!

So far it's not to bad around my house. Just pretty windy. I think they said around 50 mph.

I do remember you were thinking of going on that trip. Didn't you end up going on a trip by yourself? A really nice trip IIRC. I made a few really good friends on that trip and we still meet up as often as we can. Of course they live in FL so it's easier for them, lol.

I went on an African safari the summer prior to the trip. I can't remember what happened in November . . . it was probably guilt of going away again. I'm glad you made some new friends. It seemed like a nice group online. Are they doing another one?

I just got caught up this morning. Had a BB marathon!! Watched 3 episodes!! I am glad they asked Keesha right away what he whispered to her as that would have killed me not knowing until finale night LOL. What I do not understand, and maybe it was discussed already...what was it that he gave her and why did it say HOT on it?? Did that mean something with them?

I am really rooting for Dan to win it all, but I actually would be okay if Memphis did win. I am glad they stuck to their alliance (from what I saw, I did not watch any of the BBAD shows or online).

I would select Renny to win the $25,000.00

because Keesha used to ask Dan why? how do you think is the best looking girl in the house? (you know from the April thing) and Dan used to say he though that Angie was pretty....and he would not really say anything about her..so the thought here is that he thinks she is HOT. (Dan always said he would tell her at the end of the game) so Dan thinks Keesha is hot! but you could tell that, I always thought he had a little crush on her!

I have picked Keesha many, many times! I feel thou she played the game...with the winnings etc. Renny would be a second...but I feel she did not throw herself into it.
