I did not like Fantasia's second song...I'm sorry but I just don't get what everyone thinks is so great about her. Why don't the judges just call the whole thing off now and give her the title???? By their comments they all think she is "the bomb" and Clive said he would sign her to a record deal...why should we even bother watching anymore?

Jasmine- no comment

Fantasia- she did it again!! She is the BomB! Pretty much whatever song you throw at her, she is going to sing beautifully with a twist of soul and just perform in her "Bo-Bo" way.

Diana- I thought she did a wonderful job singing Celine Dion. I don't know...I don't think I agree with the judges.

Well, they could call it all off but remember, as we have seen in the past weeks - what the judges think is not the way the voting has gone... When you consider that Latoya lost in voting to Jasmine... nothing surprises me after that vote.

Ha ha ha... The judges can't give her the title, I wish they could. But unfortunately.. I can see Jasmine winning if the voting system stays like this!! I know why watch if Jasmine is going to win this due to vote system.

Sounds to me like, its lets Pick on Diana night tonight! Of course, Fantasia is the BOMB--it would be funny if she got voted out next week, as she has "already won the competition" in some of the judges eyes. Looks like Clive will Sign her!

I think since there are only 3 left and the judges REALLY want Fantasia to win, they are being extra harsh on Diana and Jasmine and I really don't think Diana deserves it. I also thought Jasmine's first song was great!

Why don't they just have Fantasia be the winner and be done with it.

No... Jasmine should not win..but please, Diana did an awesome job with her second song. Also...look at the songs that were picked. Jasmines song for #2 and #3 were hard to sing. Fantasia's second song was more yeah yeah yeahs then words. Diana did Celine and knocked the socks out of the song and yet they still put her down.

Now Fantasia is singing Whitney and she just sounds so so...if Diana sang it that way they would be telling her she needed to "make it her own"...but of course the judges are all falling all over themselves...Paula is honored to be there....Oh please!

Early today I stated that I wouldn't be surprised if Fantasia were the one with the lowest number of votes tonight. I know that I'm in the minority, but I never cared much for LaToya or Fantasia. Both are excellent singers compared to the competition, but I feel the judges have thrust them at the viewers every week, and part of the reason they are getting fewer votes. I think Diana should win, because each week she has continued to step up her game.

I didn't think Fantasia's rendition of her 3rd song (Shoot I forgot the name of it already) was that good. I expected more. The third song was best for Jasmine and Diana is fiishing up now - sounded very good compared to song #2.

I will be tuning in tomorrow night for the results.

AFTER THAT PERFORMANCE FROM DIANA--SHE SHOULD BE THE NEW AMERICAN IDOL

That was the best rendition of "Don't cry out Loud" I have ever heard!!!!!

To me, there is absolutely no contest at this point. Fantasia is far and away the best of the competitors. Even on her worst day. And I think the judges recognize this. I'm glad they are stepping up to the plate to give kudos where they belong.

I actually "like" Diana the best as far as personality, but I think Fantasia is the most deserving of American Idol. She's the most talented. I'll be disappointed if she doesn't win.

Jasmine- so what... it doesn't matter, she won't be voted out- the whole Hawaii is behind her. I do agree with Simon- it's time for her to go home, but her native island won't let her!!

Fantasia- WOW! Behind her- "American Idol."

Diana- "Don't Cry Out Loud"... That was great!! I agree with the judges

I soooo agree. She is unique, controlled and awesome. The other two are just so so. No, Diana is so so, Jasmine shouldn't even be on the stage.

Three of my theme songs were sung tonight, three songs that truly define me and I was crying all the way thru them. Especially Don't Cry Out Loud. My Mom always taught me that, especially during the horrendous racial trials I had to survive as a child. She would say those exact words... "DON'T cry out loud". To this day I teach it to my son.

Great night for AI. The ladies all did their best.

Sometimes I read posts on the DIS and they just HIT me. That's what yours did. I got chills from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. That song is powerful, and the vision I got from your story was even more so.

Jasmine didn't do very well at all. She started the AI season off well, but I don't know what happened.

I got two votes in for Diana. As was with last year, I'm getting a lot of busy signals.

I'm hoping for a Diana/Fantasia final (I'm rooting for Diana!), but with this show, I've learned not to be surprised with anything. We'll see come tomorrow night!
