When we first moved to the EU we got AP's. Now that we haven't renewed or gone back for over a year we are getting offers all the time in our email for offers to return.

Do you also get offers now that you don't go back?

Yes. Unless you are removed from the mailing system (you can tick a box when you are buying your AP) you'll be on the system getting updates, as and when.
