Most of the speculation is for Disneyland (Grand Californian) and the Contemporary Resort.
FWIW, I think if there are plans for any more non-park DVC resorts (already have VB and HHI), they are well down on the priority list. I don't expect to see any in the near future. Could be wrong - just my opinion.
