Does anyone know how to reset your password on your account if you are not receiving the email link to change it? Not sure why but have been trying for the entire week... I had to create a new account so that I could post....If not I guess I will keep using this account!

Do you know your password?

Click on your username in the upper right. Scroll down and click on "Password" on the left hand side of the next page.

There you must enter your current password, then the new one.

Be sure to click "Save changes" at the bottom of the page.

If that doesn't work for you, I'd suggest heading over to the "Technical Support" board and asking there. http://www.disboards.com/forums/technical-support.43/

No, unfortunately I do not know my password and it will not email me another one...so I can't get into my account.

Well, then, I'd suggest heading over to the Technical Support board, and seeing if you can catch a mods attention there. Or maybe try this link: admin@wdwinfo.com and ask them.

I'm sorry about your password issue. I'm so tired of coming up with new ones or weird combinations that I have no chance of remembering.
I just want to offer that if your account is very old you maybe able to get on it from an old PC, old smartphone if you allowed it to open to automatically. Then you could change a password. I suspect you may also be thinking of a more complicated password than what was required on the older accounts. I hope these are a little helpful.
