Thanks so much.

Any thoughts on Dove, Degree or Secret Platinum would be appreciated - they were 3 I was considering.

I am 100% for Secret Platinum soft solid (shower fresh scent). It is the only one that keeps me dry even in the Houston weather.

Dove SATIN!!! Go to their website and I think they still are giving away a free sample. Works great(even in July in FL!)

Since having kids, I perspire so much and haven't found a good deodorant at all. I've tried all the ones you mentioned above. But, Lady Speed Stick just came out with a new one with this micro things....geez, cant' remember what it is called....but it works *SOOO* well!!!! It is purple, and it says 24/7 protection. I get it in the Pear scent. I haven't found a great working deodorant/antiperspirant like that in *YEARS*!!! And I've been on the hunt for 5yrs!!

I use Degree deodorant just the regular one in the green container.

I sweat like crazy and the one thing I do not like about the scented deodorants is when I do sweat alot I smell like rotting fruit. :crazy2:

Plus the Degree seems to last longer,I find that if I am going to be active I don't need to touch up.

Dove Ultimate Clear I prefer the cool essentials scent but i think there are others. I got a free sample of it from the Dove site and have bought it ever since. They also send me coupons every so often. It is a little pricier than I like to pay for deoderant, but I haven't had a sweat spot under my arms since I started using it and that includes an August trip to WDW. It also makes the skin very soft. I'll pay the extra dollar or so since the results are very worth it.

I used Secret Platinum for quite a while, and eventually it stopped working for me. A friend recommended Mitchum for Ladies, and it has worked great for me. I have always had problems with finding a deoderant that works well for me, and this is probably the best one I've used.

Someone told me once the key is to switch brands from time to time.

I'm giggling about the rotting fruit smell! I never thought of that before.

I am a Dove cool essential lover also but I do switch it up once in a while with the secret platinum. Yes I have to agree after the 2 girls I feel like I perspire more than ever!!! Gotta love the hormone changes between weight gain and sweating!!!

I used Secret Platinum and it didn't work for me. I switched to Arrid XX and it worked for a little while. Now I am using Lady Mitchum and it works GREAT. I also have this roll-on stuff called Certain-Dri. You use it only at night, and VERY sparingly. I use that in the summer, about once a week. It does tend to dry out my skin, but it keeps me from sweating.

Unscented Mitchum. And, another tip, regularly swabbing underarms with rubbing alcohol (on a cotton pad) and letting it dry before applying deodorant is helpful -- esp. over time, doing it every day. That can also be a quick clean-up when needed and you can't hop in the shower.

I have very sensitive underarms and most deodorants give me a rash. I've been using Dove for years and I love it. Smells good and works well.

Glad to see Im not alone. Must be related to having kids as I sweat a lot more nowadays. I used to use Secret but it stopped. I even tried some teenage brand that had a higher percentage of the whatever. I now use the Dove cool essentials and like the cucumber scent. I tried the one that people recommened-darn what is it.....the super strong stuff???? It worked great at WDW, but I dont like roll ons (too wet) and after shaving it stung like crazy. I might try the Lady Speed stick just mentioned for a change.

I use Dove original clean- invisible solid and I LOVE the way it smells! It works great, too.

But once this stick is gone, I'm switching to Adidas because they have a few that are aluminum-free now.

Glad to see that I am not the only one with a deodarant problem. For years I used secret and now it does nothing, switched to aarid and again nothing, Degree worked for a while, but now I am on to DOVE. Love it.
