off to the hospital once again!updated!

Well,I had chemo again last monday.
And now I'm dealing with the side effect.
Which include extreme blisters/pain on my feet.
To the point where I'm stuck in bed all day.
I can't walk because it hurts too much.
It feels like a mix of sunburn and lots of splinters.
Yikes!
So the doctors want to do bloodwork and check me out to make sure everythings okay.

I'm off to the ER!
Wish me luck,I hope everything will be okay.
I'll probably be on in the ER,they've got free internet in there.

I'm new here to DIS, but I understand the pain your dealing with.

About 3 years ago, We found out my dad had a tumor in his "Oreatha" (I think thats what its called?) It was very difficult to learn about it and the effects of it.

Going to school was very hard for me to concentrate just thinking about what my Dad was going through. Sitting on the couch all day...Weak...With an IV. He deserved all of the support he could get. The doctor said he had a 40% of making it out...

The good thing is that he's still here today. Stronger than ever. He learned a lot from reading Lance Armstrong stories and we all support my dad by wearing the LiveStrong wristband.

Another good thing is that You'll make it out here ok and we'll see you here on DIS until the end of it! You are in my prayers

Oh honey.

SO strong.
My neighbour has cancer, and I just recently found out it's shrinking.
And my dad's brother's wife's friend (Try to follow the chain, AKA my aun't friend) just got cancer free.

Let's hope the cancer freeness passes down to you sweetie!

P.S: Maybe we should all start wearing our LiveStrong bracelets for Sonya.

Or get our local troops to sell them and donate the money towards cancer research.

Turns out I had some weird skin reaction to the chemo drugs.
I had to stay the night last night,and I have to stay tonight.
Right now they're just pumping fluids into me.
I should be fine.
I really appreciate all the well wishes and thoughts and prayers.

And to those who wear the LiveStrong for me,I appreciate that like you can not believe!
I actually want people to start wearing them.
Your money goes to cancer research and you're showing your support for cancer patients.
So from now on if someone asks if they can do anything for me,I'll ask them to spend the 1$ and support cancer patients.

Sonya, this is the 1st time I read this and I can only say how I admire you so much for being so strong through all of this. I can only imagine what you have gone through dealing with this terrible disease. Just by the way you are talking I can tell you spirits are up and that has got to be one of the most important things when facing something like this. You stay strong. And also I would love to support Cancer research and wear the Livestrong bracelet. Do you get them online or can you purchase them in stores?
