That's right, we're headed down to breakfast then off to catch the train to Hong Kong DISNEYLAND! I'm so excited!!!

I am back. It was very hot and humid today so I desperately need to take a shower and get some sleep since I have a 5AM wake up call to go to Taiwan now for work, but I will hopefully post some pics later this week or when I get home next week. But I had a great time. I wonder if I am the first DISer to christen HK Disneyland?

Wow, please tell us all about how it was. DH was in China (Shanghai) the day Hong Kong DL opened-can you believe he wouldn't take the time to go there? So please give us a trip report when you can. I'm especially interested in knowing what the food's like there. Can you eat in the castle?

Hi Crcormier,
I’m going to HK for 6 nights during Christmas and have booked the last two nights at the Hong Kong Disneyland hotel.
I have read some bad press concerning over crowding, long queues and some not so well behave visitors from the mainland.
I’m really quite concern because I will be travelling with two very young children.
My question to you is do you think it’s worth staying for two nights/3 days at HKDL or should we just stay for one night/2 days or do you think a day trip will be sufficient to see all that HKDL has to offer ?

Another thing I don’t really understand is why would people have to wait an hour to get on a ride when they can use a fastpass? Did you use the fastpass during your trip ?
