Off to HHI!

Well, tomorrow morning we'll be off, anyway. DW's just headed off to the Everything's a Dollar Store to get a sack of junk to keep the kids mollified on the drive (~ 17 hours), and I just got my traditional pre-vacation haircut. We're packed and ready!

DD and SiL are celebrating their 10th anniversary with "A Private Affair" on Wednesday. And we just now received an email from Chef Gordon wishing us a safe trip. He sure seems like a nice guy.

It looks like the weather will be high 80s and humid, with some afternoon showers. That'd be horrible for touring the parks, but not bad at all for a beach vacation. I'm getting very psyched!
