Off the job - a favour please

Hello, as I am waiting for Photoshop Elements 7 to be released and my free trial has finished I am unable to do any designing

I had personalised a shirt design as a request for a disser and they have since added an additional person to their trip. They leave before I get my new photoshop. Could someone please personlise this design with Donna for me please so that they can all have a t-shirt.

I can also email the original if that is required but I think (with my vast knowledge in photoshop ) you can probably just do it from the blank.
