Off Site Sports Bar For NFL Watching?

Does anyone have any suggestions for an inexpensive off site Sports Bar for NFL watching?

Ideal place would...
Inexpensive - $2 to $2.50 bottled beer...
Close to Pop Century...$10 taxi each way......
Allow smoking...
"Sports Bar" = TGIF type place or Applebee's or Ground Round -
BUT even better would be a LOCAL PLACE.........
Not a national chain!!!!!!

You are not going to be able to find an establishment that will allow you to smoke, unless it is a bar, bar (only 10% of their sales can come from food). I would try the Ale House (I believe there is one not far from Pleasure Island in Lake Buena Vista).
