Off-site resort ticket question

We always stay at a Disney resort so I am not sure how tickets work when staying off-site. My sister and kids will be offsite. We are all going to MK one day. We are staying at the WL. I will need to pick them up that morning in my rental car. Can I then just park back at the WL and we all take the boat/bus over to MK. They already bought their ticket for MK through Disney. I guess my question is can they skip the TTC and go right to the turnstiles?

If they have actual tickets in hand, yes they can go right to the turnstiles.

As long as they have physical tickets, there is no reason to go to the TTC.
