I wasn't quite sure what forum this belonged in, let me know if I need to move it.

Trying to think of menu ideas for dinners in our rental home.

We will have 8 adults and 4 children 2-7 years old.

I believe our kitchen is fully stocked for cookware, we just need to go to the store and pick up groceries.

What have you found to work out best when cooking on vacation?

Breakfast: bagels, cereal, toast coffee.

Lunch: eat while in the parks

Dinner: Stouffers Lasagna, Bag Salad wit dressing, garlic bread
Tacos
Nachos
Frozen pizza & salad
Rotissere chicken veg baked pot
I make chili with Chili Magic and put it over fritos and top w tomatoes, lettuce and cheese
if you have a grill.....hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken breasts, brats
Sloppy Joes & Kraft Mack and cheese
Chicken/tuna wraps, baby carrots and chips

Pillsbury Ready to Bake cookies and ice cream

When we have been on group trips in the past we assign a dinner to each family...they do the cooking......we add up all the food bills and split it up. If you want alcohol you buy it yourselves.
