Any recommendations for an off-site hotel near Disney? We normally stay onsite but will be bringing DS to town for a soccer camp at UCF and need a budget-friendly hotel near Disney to stay at while he is at camp.

Thanks!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lake Buena vista and got it for $75/night through a Priceline Bid. Nothing special really but it was clean and had a nice pool.

I would recommend using Priceline to search & bid for a hotel - you'll get a better rate by bidding.

We were very happy with the Spring Hill Suites at Lake Buena Vista, though it was several years ago.

If you look on the Orlando board, there a lot of positive talk about Bonnet Creek. It's a timeshare but there is a Wyndham owner who rents his points.
Dh & I did a walk through (unofficial tour on our own) and the place is beautiful: multiple pools, lazy river, playgrounds, etc. It's surrounded on 3 sides by Disney property and is right next to CBR though technically offsite.

I'm not sure of pricing but people say it's a great value and the condos are beautiful.

Buena Vusta Suites runs great sales, includes hot breakfast, and there is no resort fee. Super close to EPCOT.
Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista is also fee free and includes hot breakfast, although it is a little further.
We've enjoyed both of these.
