Off-site hotel needed for group

Next June, the National Beta Convention will be held in Orlando at the Caribe Royal. I am looking to book 30+ rooms for students from our schools that will be attending the convention. I called Disney but wasn't impressed by the group rate they quoted me for the All-Stars. We will be going to Disney for probably 2 days so I wanted to get a reasonably priced hotel near Disney and the convention site. We're also looking for a hotel that has a neat pool area if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Why not a group of vacation homes in the same resort. You will have plenty of common area to hang out in?
