Off site ECV's

I know Randy's will only deliver your ECV directly to you at your resort, but do they have to pick it up directly from you. The last day at the parks can be a little hectic and I wouldn't want to have to sit around my resort waiting for them to come pick up the ECV.

They have to pick it up from you also.
We rented from them on our last trip and it was not a problem. They actually gave us the name of the guy who would be dropping it off and a 1 hour window of time when he would bring it.
We arranged the pick up time when it was dropped off. We ended up with a quite early in the morning time and the ECV was very promptly picked up within the time we were told. It was not a problem at all.
