How does Disney know if you are staying on Disney property for Early Entry? We are season passholders, so we never have room keys for admission to the park. No one has ever asked to see our room keys, we just put in our annual passes and go. We have never done this when staying off property, but is it possible?

When we got to AK for EE last June they asked for room keys along with passes. They had alot of CM's checking them!

They check for room keys, but it seems to correlate with the size of the crowd at the turnstiles. We were at MK for EE the second week of June and the crowd at the EE opening almost filled the area inside the security check-point. When they opened, they weren't checking for room keys that I could see. We had paper PHP and we weren't asked. Understandably, they just wanted to relieve the pressure at the turnstiles as quickly as possible and didn't seem to want to hold things up while people fished for keys. I'm sure that they asked everyone that entered after the opening rush as we've seen at other WDW parks.

Does anyone know if we are staying at the Grosvenor can we do EE or E ride nights? If so, do you HAVE to purchase your tickets through them in a package? We are doing the Military Appreciation special. We found it far cheaper to stay at the Grosvenor (got a rate of $37 per nite) and will be purchasing our discounted tickets at the gate. We'll be there 9/2 thru 9/7, does anyone know if there will be any EE or E ride nights at that time?

WAAAAAHOOOOOOO 15 days!!!

On October 1, 2002, WDW began a new program for Disney Resort Guests (including guests of the Swan/Dolphin and the Hilton at Lake Buena Vista) called the "Extra Magic Hour". Similar in nature to the very popular Surprise Morning Program (that ended abruptly last fall), a different theme park will open one hour early each day.

There are no e nights in Sept.

Early entry is a perq for onsite guest, they do check the room key.
