off season shows and fireworks?

Getting excited for my week after thanksgiving trip. I remember reading somewhere that they are no longer having some shows nor fireworks during the weekdays during off season. Is the week after thanksgiving/first week of December off season? I was looking at my last two years plans and they have fantasmic and fireworks times on there. Wondering if its going to be different this year...

Last year, Fireworks were every night during that time, but F! was only shown F-Sun during both weeks.
