Off Property

I don't see a free option for touring plans - it wants you to subscribe in order to use the dining finder.

When we stayed in Disney last month, we stayed at the a good neighbor hotel near Disney Springs and walked to Saratoga Springs. The price was pretty unbeatable. My wife got it through a nursing site. I haven't paid under $100 a night in a while.

It was a 0.8 mile but staying offsite cost us Genie rides for Hollywood Studios for Rise of the Resistance. We did standby and I think it said it was 110-120 minutes, but in the end it took 90 minutes including the ride.

However, since you are staying 12 nights, I'm sure you'll be able to do what you need to do. You just might have to break up what you want to do at each park.

DH & I are staying offsite for the first time ever. The resort prices are crazy for December even with the AP discount. And, we've come to prefer driving ourselves to the parks. We use to stay in the bubble but not anymore. We discovered good eats off property and the bus transportation is unreliable. Anyways, I'm still a bit weary. We booked a room at Tru by Hilton for $99 per night.

It's a short birthday trip. My kids are grown so rides are not a priority but eating and drinking are. I check for ADR's every day, I'm a retired teacher so it's part of my schedule haha. No problems getting the ADR's I wanted.

Our plan is to get in line for fancy rides near closing time. We've always had success. We won't be using Genie+ LL.

Ooh, got an Oga's finally thanks to the touring plans alert, but it's for 9:55 pm on Christmas Eve. Probably can't convince my wife to stick around that late after close with the kid 🤣

We will be offsite for the first time also and looking forward to relaxing outside of the bubble. We made plans at the new Swan hotel and will take the boat to see the Boardwalk gingerbread house. We go often, so no need to spend huge amount of time in the parks.
Enjoy🎉
