Off Property Good Lounges/Bars?

Looking for a good, not too loud lounge/bar in the area (DL, Garden Grove, Santa Ana). I like the atmosphere of places like Hearthstone Lodge, Trader Sam's, Carthay Lounge. I did a Yelp search and only came up with dives, bathing suit waitresses and sports bars. I am looking for something more quiet and more classy.

It's just not as easy to meet up with people in downtown Disney as it used to be. So, looking for something off site where it will be easy for someone to pop in for a couple minutes to meet with us without having to spend a lot of time looking for parking, etc.

How about some of the bars in Anaheim GardenWalk, Roy's has a nice bar area as part of its restaurants, so does Fire + ICE. McFadden's is nice, but is somewhat a Sports Bar.

How about the bars of Morton's and Ruth's Chris on Harbor

Rock and Blues in Buena Park is nice, though a bit noisy.

I enjoy the lounge at the Anaheim Marriott. Great beer selection. Doesn't really meet your easy parking requirement though.

One more area that you might like is the Anaheim Packing District, just off Harbor north of Disneyland.

Hotel lounges are fine. I haven't booked a hotel, yet. I have Hilton points, so was going to book one of those, but if there's a particular hotel lounge that is really cool/fun, I could just book my stay wherever that is. I wish it was still easy to go to Downtown Disney. It was our regular meeting place, but this time people will be coming from Santa Ana, Long Beach and Garden Grove - one is only coming for a few minutes. Makes it hard to pop in for a little while these days. I'm looking up everything suggest so far.

I would add the Bar/Lounge at McCormick's and Schmidt's for a nice Upscale location to have a few drinks and some food. In AGW.

I second the McCormick and Schmidt suggestion by Darkbeer. On our last trip we were pretty Disneyed out one afternoon (I'd say about 2pm on a Thursday) and popped in here for a drink. Not only is the bar area really classy, but the drinks were reasonably priced, the bartender was SO friendly, and there were only two other people there!
