Off Peak Dates - Please Remind Me!

I'm sure this has been asked a gazillion times ... so, if you can stand reading it again for the gazillion and first time, would someone be so kind as to remind me what is considered "off peak" season for WDW? Thanks ever so much! I appreciate the assistance!

Anywhere between the weekend after Thanksgiving and up to the weekend B-4 X-Mas is the slowest. All of Nov up to Thanksgiving week is also slow. January up till the 2nd or 3rd third week of February along with all of May is supposed to be pretty low attendence. We went last October thinking that would be slow....wrong!!!! Perfect weather but very busy.
