Off-menu vegetarian entrees at Carthay Circle?

Has anyone successfully ordered a vegetarian entree at Carthay Circle recently? My googling suggested that they offer some 'off menu' vegetarian options but everything I found was at least a couple years old so I was wondering if anyone had more recent experience. We currently have a reservation but I'm debating canceling it. Thank you for any insight you can provide!

Food at Cathay Circle is scratch cooked by an in house chef. Menu is house specialities; you can pretty much order anything you’d like.
