If someone can help me right away, I'd appreciate it. My broker is out to lunch and I just wanted to know the price of the annual dues, approximately. I am looking at one time share for 160 pts and another for 200 pts, actually I think he mentioned this was $950 per year. How much would it be for about 160 pts? TIA!!!

DVC Dues History - I believe that this chart shows the cost per point per year. Yeah, $950 divided by 200 points is $4.75, which falls in line with the chart below, so $4.75 multiplied by 160 points will be $760 annually. I know that $4.75 is not shown below, but I'm speaking in approximations.
