odd thing happened with ebay /

a few weeks ago I sold a white high button shoe vase on ebay

8 days after it was delivered I get a message from the buyer saying she thought the vase was green-the pic clearly showed the vase was white

and she also gave me a negative feedback which I thought was very unfair

I responed the pic showed the vase was white and if she had any doubts she should have sent me a question as to the color

also in the feedback she wrote as comment "just want to let you know I got the ring and love it"nothing about the color of the vase so it the buyer gave me a negative feedback for a ring she loves--doesnt make any sense


no where in the comment about the vase or color--I was able to comment in the feedback that she said it was a ring and yet the pic showed a white vase --which was mine I have no clue where the ring came from

I messaged the buyer twice with no answer--I even pointed out the mistake in the comment about the ring and the vase

is there anything I can do --I would like to get this negative off my account--I also did a report buyer with what happened and she has till July 15 to response but I highly doubt it that shell reply to ebay since they couldnt even get back to me

You can call eBay directly to have the feedback removed. The buyer is clearly confused.

Call eBay directly, don't email... call and talk to a real person. I sold on ebay for a long time and a few times I would get random non-sense like this. Anytime I thought there was going to be a problem or something happened, I called directly... It saved me a lot of trouble. Now you might be on hold for a while just hang in there, they will help you straighten it out.
