Odd question re Mr Potato Head!

Is the Playskool Mr Potato Head you can buy in the UK (from Mothercare, etc) compatible with the pick 'n' mix style Mr Potato Head parts available in WDW?

Strange question I know but wondering whether DD could have MPH for xmas (family member offering to buy one) and would be great if we could then stock up on accessories on our next WDW trip

Yes, we have about 4 "heads" and we have loads of parts from the World of Disney store at DTD
