Odd MS Encounter

I called MS yesterday right before they were due to close at 3:00 due to a "special event". I was enquiring about a studio at HH for the night of Sunday, August 15, and was told there was plenty of availability in all room categories. I had to consult with my guest, so called back today about 3:00 and was immediately told there was no availability. About 20 minutes later, I decided to try someone else. This person said they would have to call the resort, and put me on hold. After about 5 minutes, they got back to me with both 1 BR and studio availability. I think the first person I talked to today just didn't want to go to the trouble of calling the resort. Anyhow, we got the studio on 3 days notice.
